Right now people are loaning money to the Federal Government every single pay period, and then watching them do things with it that they probably don't approve of. They keep struggling along day after day wishing they could change something, and all the while looking forward to their next Tax Refund as if it were the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Then they spend it on just catching up from what they had to borrow to stay afloat. That's insane! Does this sound like you? Then something needs to change!

Instead, you could have your Federal and State Income Taxes blocked for the entire year, and get the extra pay right back on your paycheck where it belongs. Don't worry, I'm not talking about messing with your social security, fica, health care, or anything like that. Those things remain untouched, but the (income tax portion) itself that would have been withheld is instead distributed evenly across the number of pay periods you have each year.

For example, if you have approximately $5200.00 dollars in taxes each year, then you get a refund of $2400.00, then you know that you have overpaid and or over withheld by that much for the year. You could adjust your allowances to meet that condition, or block them by using EXEMPT withholding status and have that amount evenly distributed across the number of paychecks you receive. That scenario would result in a pay increase of approximately $200.00 per month. Now that's an extremely low-ball figure, because most people are certainly paying a whole lot more in income tax.

Some may sneeze at that, yet for some, that same $200.00 could be the difference in having to keep that part time job you hate, or the one your spouse has that "they" hate. The reality is, we're talking about a whole lot more than just money here. There's a lot of people having to do a lot of things they don't want to be doing to get by while the government to which they loan their money too, gives it away to those who haven't earned it. That's okay, because they can get plenty more of it from you as they go unless you stop them. Not to mention those that are NOT getting to do what they know they COULD do because of lack of finances.

I know that I'm over simplifying this in my example, and there are things you have to watch for (entire refund amount may not be due to withholding alone) but my point is that there is nothing to be afraid of in finding out whether or not you would benefit. Isn't it worth asking a few simple questions?

By our government's original design, a person's "income" was never to be taxed. The government would collect taxes based on gain and increase of production. Now, every person is taxed even working for someone else who also pays on production gain and increase.

BUT WHAT ABOUT MY REFUND? I'LL LOSE MY REFUND!

Not in most cases. That's because I also give you the information and documents that will keep that from happening. More often than not, you will still get a refund and many people experience much higher refunds because of other changes that take effect when you follow this method.

The only ones it won't work for are those who don't know how or those who are too scared to use the means that the law provides to every taxpayer. But, it's so much easier to blame and complain.

"a trade or business is generally characterized as an activity, carried on for livelihood or profit, with the presumption that you intend to make a profit in at least three out of five years."
